We are currently managing multiple high-voltage projects under Svenska Kraftnät, improving Sweden’s national grid infrastructure. The scope includes overseeing interconnection and substation upgrades to meet rising energy demands while maintaining optimal system reliability.
As part of AFRY’s energy market services, we contributed strategic project management expertise, overseeing substation and transmission line projects in Sweden and Norway. Our role included guiding teams, managing risk, and ensuring projects aligned with energy policy and sustainability goals.
Led the construction of a 220kV overhead transmission line between Gabela and Lobito, spanning 250 km. Oversaw 270+ staff, delivering the project with a strong focus on safety, local workforce integration, and operational efficiency.

Project Management
Managed the execution of two overhead transmission lines (110kV and 275kV) across Mozambique. Coordinated over 300+ staff during the 18-month project, with operational hubs based in Maputo, ensuring seamless interconnection and energy distribution.
Successfully completed a 500kV high-voltage transmission line project in Georgia. This included overseeing cable installation and line commissioning to enhance power reliability across regional sectors.
